Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in Ocala, FL

A roll-off dumpster is the open-top steel container a truck rolls off its bed onto your driveway or site, and rolls back on when you are done. BrickCity Roll Off runs five sizes, from a 10-yard box that fits beside a car to a 40-yard container for demolition, delivered from our yard at 506 SE 3rd Avenue in downtown Ocala across the city, Silver Springs, Silver Springs Shores, Belleview, Marion Oaks, Summerfield, Ocklawaha, Anthony, Reddick, McIntosh, Citra, Fort McCoy and Dunnellon, and over the county line to Williston.
This page explains how the rental works from the first call to the pickup, so there are no surprises on either side.
One flat price covers delivery, the rental period you asked for, pickup and a disposal weight allowance that depends on the container size. The per-ton overage rate, applied only if your load goes over the allowance, is on the same quote. There is no fuel surcharge and no separate disposal charge. Extra days beyond the agreed period, a second trip because the container could not be delivered or collected, or moving it once placed are charged at the rates we give you when you book.
The truck needs about 60 feet of straight room to back in and roll the container off, and about 14 feet of overhead clearance free of low wires and branches. We put the door end where you tell us so you can walk material in, and lay boards under the rails on request. You do not need to be there; a marked spot or a photo is enough. The container goes on your driveway or lot, not the street.
Load level with the top rail; the truck has to cover the load and travel legally, and Marion County requires loads arriving at its Baseline site to be “covered &/or secured.” Keep prohibited items out: whole tires, lead-acid batteries, used oil, liquids, paint, household chemicals and asbestos all have their own routes. Inside Ocala city limits, load construction and demolition debris only. Call when the container is full or the job is done and we collect it, usually within a business day, and haul it to a permitted facility such as Marion County’s Baseline transfer station at 5601 SE 66th St.

- How far in advance should I book a roll-off?A day ahead is ideal. Same-day delivery is usually possible across Ocala, Silver Springs and Silver Springs Shores if you call before noon.
- Can I put a roll-off on the street? We keep them on the driveway or lot. Ocala publishes no permit written for a dumpster in the street, so we ask Transportation Engineering before any street placement; Belleview bans dumpsters from its right-of-way; Dunnellon and Williston make it unlawful to obstruct their streets. Each service-area page has the local position.
- What if I need it longer?Tell us and we extend it. Extra days are charged at the daily rate quoted when you booked.
- Do you deliver to the north end of the county?Yes. Anthony, Reddick, McIntosh, Citra and Fort McCoy are regular runs north of the city, usually same-day or the next morning depending on the route.
